Mike graduated from Oklahoma University in 1991, married Amy Danielson and moved to Chicago Illinois to start his marketing career in Nike Retail Division’s management development program. He studied for his Series 7 trading license and became a Licensed Trader and Retirement Specialist for Fidelity Investments in their Dallas, Texas offices. In 1996, joined Danielson Oil Company, and served in every capacity of the company, including accounting, sales and marketing, convenience store operations and currently as its President. Mike and his wife, Amy, began the purchase of the company in 2008 and now are the sole owners of Danielson.

Steve started in oil and gas industry after graduating from Phillips University, Enid, Oklahoma, in 1980. He began as a Petroleum Landman and then went to work for Conoco, now Phillips 66, in 1989. During his 15 years with Conoco and Phillips 66, Steve held positions in, Real Estate, Territory Account Manager for Marketing, Circle K Franchising and Manager of Phillips 66 Aviation Supply. Steve joined Danielson in 2009 to assist with development and marketing of its buying group, Convenience Store Alliance. Since then, Steve has overseen Sales and Marketing and is now Vice President, Fuel Operations.

Customer Success Manager – 580-399-4092 - John joined Danielson in 2006 and has had experience in all aspects of Danielson’s fuel business. From spending time in the trucks, Dispatch, and Sales, John has gained hands-on knowledge and has a good high-level view of the fuel distribution process. John graduated from East Central University in with a Bachelor’s of Science in Education in 1994 and earned his Master’s Degree in Administration in 1999. In 2016-17 John served as President of the Oklahoma Petroleum Marketer and Convenience Store Association. In his role as Customer Success Manager, John is focused on the success of Danielson’s customers and working closely with Suppliers and their programs.

In 2003, Ben started his career with Love’s Travel Stops at their truck stop in Geary, Oklahoma. He began with their Subway restaurant and progressed rapidly through Love’s organization to become Love’s youngest General Manager of its largest truck stop in Hinton, Oklahoma. Ben managed fuel, food, convenience store operations and 30 employees at the Love’s Truck Stop. He joined Danielson’s Convenience Store Alliance as a Territory Manager in 2013 and was promoted to Territory Fuel Manager for Danielson in 2014. Since 2017, Ben handles all outside sales and marketing opportunities as its Business Development Manager.

After graduating from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha, Oklahoma, Misty began her career in the fuel industry providing software support for Factor, creator of a comprehensive fuel accounting and distributor software program. While at Factor she was a Level 2 Software Support analyst, Trainer and partnered with Development and Programing on user upgrades. Since joining Danielson in 2011, Misty has led the transition of Danielson’s accounting system to fully utilize all of Factor’s capabilities, including automating the customer accounting processes. Misty serves in the role of Accounting Manager and Office Manager for Danielson.

Christy started working in the fuel industry in 2008 as an Accounts Payable Analyst for Factor/Hess Oil. After only 6 months she was promoted to Dispatch Manager for Hess Oil. She eventually took over several other duties, such as Accounts Receivable and Support Billing for Factor. In 2013 Christy accepted a position in Accounting with Danielson and currently oversees all Accounts Payables and Receivables.

Reagan began working at Vic’s 66, Henryetta, Oklahoma, in 2009 as a Clerk. She quickly worked her way up to Night Manager. Under her watch the store received the Phillips 66 Spirit of Performance Top Performers in 2011 and 2012. She moved to Norman in 2012 and is currently working on a Bachelor of Arts degree at Oklahoma City Community College. Reagan joined Convenience Store Alliance in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative, before being promoted to Accounting Specialist for Danielson in 2015. Reagan currently manages the accounting for Danielson’s Consigned stores.

Jaci has years of experience in trucking and dispatch for several companies before coming to Danielson in 2006. She manages Danielson's Dispatch team which offers 24/7/365 dispatch services to its customers. Jaci spends her day reviewing tank inventories, pricing and Danielson's trucking assets in order to insure each customer receives exactly what they need for an on time delivery.

Andy oversees Danielson’s Maintenance team and is gifted with strong technical experience and skills. He is a Licensed Plumber and a Certified Technician for VeriFone Commander and Wayne Dispensers. Prior to Danielson, Andy graduated from Pasadena High School, Pasadena, Texas and worked in the plumbing industry for 10 years and with Allen and Calvin School Districts as their Maintenance man.

Cole joined Danielson’s Maintenance team in March 2017 and quickly became certified by VeriFone for the Commander systems. Prior to Danielson, Cole was an Environmental Technician for Underground Service Company, Allen, Oklahoma, and also managed a fleet of trucks as Logistics Coordinator for J&S Exchange. He has a degree in Business Management from East Central University, Ada, Oklahoma. Cole currently performs repairs, maintenance and installs for Danielson’s fuel equipment at its Consigned stores.
Our Founder and the heartbeat of everything we do and believe at Danielson – because his name is on the door! Jerry started in the fuel industry with Conoco as an District Sales Representative in their Oklahoma City Division in 1965. After 10 years Jerry was offered the opportunity by Conoco to purchase a bulk plant and convenience store in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and become a Commissioned Agent. In 1975, Jerry purchased Kagel Oil in Allen, Oklahoma and built his first convenience store. From one store in Allen, Jerry grew the company significantly and then sold it to his son-in-law and daughter, Mike and Amy Lawson, in 2011.
Hi, my name is Teddy. I am the Danielson Office Dog. I was born in Dallas, TX in 2013 and received formal training for my job at PETCO in 2014. My owner is Mike Lawson who also owns Danielson. He is the President, but he is really my servant and waits on me hand and foot. He gives me treats and walks me when I have to go... you know. I wish I had a private bathroom like my co-workers. I have aspirations to be the President one day but will settle for Executive Office Dog.

Scott lives in Edmond, OK with his wife and two children. On the weekend you will probably find him doing something outside (weather permitting) with his kids, or involved with his local church. After 10 years in the U.S. Air Force Scott started working in the Convenience Store Industry with our national buying program Convenience Store Alliance. Scott’s extensive knowledge of vendor programs inside the C-store and understanding of the pressures and challenges that our customers face running a C-store positions him well to bring significant value to our fuel customers.
